Honorable Don Bonker

Bonker is a leading authority on international trade, investment, and foreign policy. His expertise reflects 14 years representing Washington State in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he was senior member of the Foreign Affairs Committee and Chairman of the Subcommittee on International Economic Policy and Trade. As a member of the House Select Committee on Aging, he supported home care by sponsoring a bill to provide grants to states for long-term care assistance programs. He has also distinguished himself as a newspaper columnist, environmental advocate, and author of America’s Trade Crisis. He is now president and CEO of the International Management and Development Institute and executive vice president of APCO Worldwide.
