Hon. William J. Keating

Keating has worn a lot of hats in his life. After serving with the Navy in WWII, he earned a law degree and formed his own law firm. He served Cincinnati as a judge and city councilor, before being elected to the U.S. House of Representatives. Upon returning to private life, he became chairman of the Cincinnati Enquirer and then head of Associated Press. He has also served as CEO of the Detroit Newspaper Agency and president of Gannett's newspaper division. He is past chairman of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and U.C. Board of Trustees, and has given generously of his time and money to many organizations.
