Hon. Ralph R. Harding

Harding is a former congressman from Idaho and former director of legislative affairs for the USDA. He spent two years as a missionary for the LDS Church and then graduated from Brigham Young University. After serving with the army in Korea, he was elected to the Idaho State House of Representatives and subsequently to the U.S. House of Representatives. He has also been special assistant to the secretary of the Air Force, divisional vice president at E. F. Hutton, and consultant to the Philippine sugar industry. He is now a staff member at Idaho State University.
