Ms. Margaret Wheatley

Margaret Wheatley is president of the Berkana Institute, a global, charitable foundation which teaches and supports effective leadership. She writes, teaches, and speaks about revolutionary ideas and practices for organizing in chaotic times. Her goal is to create organizations that view people as a blessing, not a problem. Her work appears in several award-winning books: Leadership and the New Science, A Simpler Way, Turning to One Another, and Finding Our Way: Leadership for an Uncertain Time. She received her doctorate from Harvard and has been an associate professor at the Marriott School of Management and Brigham Young University, as well as a practicing consultant.
